Kohinoor Infra began its journey in 2004 with its first land development effort. A young entrepreneur Mr. Mohammad Ahmed Quadri, at the age of 24 took up the challenge of developing a 12 acre tract of land for residential plot buyers. He successfully completed the sale of the project, after providing the basic infrastructure required to attract customers to acquire land.
