Kohinoor Group began its journey in 1993 with its first land development effort. A young entrepreneur Mr. Mohammad Ahmed Quadri, at the age of 24 took up the challenge of developing a 12 acre tract of land for residential plot buyers. He successfully completed the sale of the project, after providing the basic infrastructure required to attract customers to acquire land.

This success was not merely one of the project being sold. This was the unheralded beginning of a sparkling career as a Real Estate Entrepreneur. And the launch of one of Hyderabad’s biggest and most respected Real Estate companies, KM Kohinoor.

Significantly, Kohinoor has been able to successfully predict trends in Real Estate, especially those related to interest and acquisition preferences amongst buyers and as a result, has been able to identify locations just before the escalation curve.

Consequently, customers have had the benefit of much higher appreciation as compared to buyers at other, more fashionable locations.

Kohinoor was at Balapur before Balapur was on the map. Kohinoor was at Moinabad before the Chevella Road became a favoured Real Estate pick. Kohinoor was at Cargo Road, when all the land around was still farm land.
