Kohinoor Group began its journey in 1993 with its first land development effort. A young entrepreneur Mr. Mohammad Ahmed Quadri, at the age of 24 took up the challenge of developing a 12 acre tract of land for residential plot buyers. He successfully completed the sale of the project, after providing the basic infrastructure required to attract customers to acquire land.

This success was not merely one of the project being sold. This was the unheralded beginning of a sparkling career as a Real Estate Entrepreneur. And the launch of one of Hyderabad's biggest and most respected Real Estate companies, KM Kohinoor.
