Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Achieving sales targets Monthly Quarterly yearly
  • Confers with General Manger – sales and Director Sales in defining annual business plan for the sales function based on the defined corporate strategies.
  • Translates the annual sales plan into quarterly and monthly, weekly operational plans and develop, sales targets and volume goals for each product/brand, in conference with the Business Development Manager
  • Receives finalized Sales Plan, compiles and communicates to Field executive
  • Plans, organizes, implements sales programs for the area handled and is responsible for achieving overall sales objectives
  • Regularly monitors the orders taken by the Business development mangers. In case of non-achievement of sales target, takes appropriate measures.
  • Actively tracks sales movement of competitors products and marketing activities through sales executive channel and marketing intelligence and communicate exception scenarios to regional manager
  • Good understanding of the real estate market and processes in the life cycle of Real Estate transaction.
  • Following up the sales proposals and deliver monthly precise and up to date sales reports.
  • Enhance Area/ Land knowledge for better deliverable
  • Revenue generation through leads, references, festivals, public gathering.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Expanding customer base.

Candidate requirements

  • Any graduate/Post Graduate.
  • Successful previous experience as a sales Manager or Business Development manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
